Excellent service that exceeded expectations all of which was done in an emergency. We were without hot water which was caused by an electrical problem.
An inordinate amount of time seem to be needed to diagnose and treat problems. The original issue was addressed by two teams, and the original problem corrected. A new problem related to repairs appeared on the same day, but was corrected promplty without further charges. Consequently, I will make future calls to Razorback. Hope springs eternal.

Todd and Kyle, his assistant, were great! Knowledgeable and efficient and highly professional. Easy to talk with, answered our questions with easy to understand responses. Todd knew exactly what was wrong with our lights, offered us a few options for replacement, was able to obtain the new replacement lights within 30-45 minutes and replace them in less time than anticipated. Overall, the entire job was more time and cost efficient than we thought it would be. We highly recommend Razorback Electric for your electrical needs.

Tim, Robbie and the two other gentlemen with them did an excellent job.My husband and I appreciate the thoughtful work effort they each put in to ensure everything looked good and will function as designed for our new generator and. The placement of the panels, the digging of the line etc were all done and completed as if the guys were installing it at their own homes. I have a good/bad habit of watching how people perform their jobs, no matter what the job is. It is refreshing to see people truly care about their craft, work and what it looks like when its done. Great group of guys and staff. These guys definitely earned a 10 out of 10. In the future, I plan to engage with Razorback Electric for other electrical needs I will have. Will also recommend your company to others.
Great company and great professionals working for them. They make use of text messaging for scheduling and appointment status, they have been very responsive to all of our requests and the quality of their work is superior. I am a home owner and have used them on several occasions and in multiple properties.
Technicians were on time and personable. Found the problem and fixed it quickly, well within the 1 hr service charge. They had time to check out a couple more smaller problems and fix them as well. I was happy with the service. The $150 for the one hour seemed reasonable. I ended up just having a 20 amp breaker that was out. For the $150 service fee I would’ve thought they would’ve just given me the $5 breaker, but instead they up charged and charged me $10 for it. Otherwise would’ve been 5 stars.

What a well run electrical company! My husband and I just finished a renovation a few months ago and the electricians we used were awful. So many problems with everything! Fast forward to today...we just needed a few items addressed and we refused to call the other company and had been recommended to call Razorback. What a wonderful change from our past experience! Ricky and Brandon were on time, respectful, knowledgeable and soooo nice! They came in with a purpose and they accomplished everything we asked them to do in a timely manner all the while having to deal with my dog dropping toys at their feet constantly wanting to play. 😂 We will definitely call them again for our next service and we will recommend them to everyone we know. We needed to replace and/or repair existing electrical wiring and fixtures throughout the house. Our realtor recommended Razorback. Ben visited to assess what was required. Ben is a good listener and he understood our goals. He sent what we regarded as a very reasonable estimate.Richie and Brandon were assigned to do the work. Both have years of experience and regularly work together. They worked quietly throughout the project, rarely taking a break or even needing to communicate much between each other. The finished product was is as clean and perfect as it possibly could be.

Called them after an emergency situation. They responded immediately. Chris and Logan quickly assessed the situation and made sure I saw and understood what the issue was. They were able to repair my issue promptly with no inconvenience to me. I also had them install a camera in front of my home. They not only installed it but made sure it was activated correctly. Razorback was reliable and very trustworthy. They have done numerous jobs at our house including adding new outlets inside the house. Most recently they installed carriage lights. Joey and Raul were punctual, they took very little time and our carriage lights look great! The company itself is always a pleasure to deal with on the phone too.

I have had some electrical work done recently by a handyman and the results were less than satisfactory. I needed this job to be done professionally and it was! They did a spectacular job. Razorback is the only company I would trust for any electrical issues. I was having an problem with the high hat in my shower and I really hated to bother a busy company with something so minor. Karen told me it was no problem at all and set up my appointment. Ricky arrived early which was great and quickly replaced the whole high hat. We are completely satisfied with our first experience with Razorback. From the first phone call to scheduling to clear communication all the way through, we knew we had a quality outfit to do the work we needed. AJ and Charlie showed up on time as promised, were polite, well spoken and got right on the job. They were efficient and finished quicker than we expected. The job was well done. The work looked good and they even wired it so that in the future if we made a change, we had all the wires we would ever need already in place. They cleaned everything up just the way it was before they started. We couldn't hope for more. We would definitely call them again!
Rick led the "team" of Brandon and Rick to our home to which they are welcome anytime.Together they quickly determined the origin of our first problem and while here at no extra charge made our home safer and explained how dimmer switches and LED lamps may or may not get along together quietly. Done deal in less than 30 minutes.

Best price out of three estimates. They are very good about contacting you before coming. I received email and text notifications to confirm appointments and when en route. For the estimate Ben was punctual and knowledgeable. Listened to what I needed and helped me decide what was the best way to install a line for my kiln. I received the quote the next business day. The office called the day of the install and asked if they could come early. The team of two was overseen by Tim who was very personable. They all worked well together. They were quiet, clean and professional. The end result was great. I would definitely use them again.
